Shannon Ryan is a Philadelphia born, Lancaster based artist. With a BFA focused in ceramic sculpture, they have a tactile finish to even 2D work, showcasing material properties over the illusion of the picture plane. Aside from painting, Ryan fills their time with various crafts. Collage, linoleum block prints, cross stitch to crochet, you can catch them doing anything tedious or otherwise fiddly.
